    • The Triple Keratin Brow Lamination is a specialized styling process that redirects the brow hairs to create a smoother, fuller and more uniform look.

    • A brow lamination can help make sparse areas look denser, and smooth unruly or coarse hairs while making them soft, and pliable.

    • The popular look is “fluffy” and vertical, but this service allows you to brush your hair in any desired direction for a custom look.

    • Longevity: The hair will stay set in the smooth, lifted position for approximately 6-8 weeks, depending heavily on your natural brow hair cycle, hair type and consistent aftercare.

    • Tint Duration: The tint can be on your skin for up to 1-3 days and 3-4 weeks on the brow hairs before the colour begins to soften and fade.

    • Best Time to Rebook: It is recommend to schedule your next lamination around the 8 week mark. It is not advised to repeat the lamination process before 8 weeks to maintain the strength and integrity of the brow hair.

    • Aftercare: To ensure your lamination sets properly and lasts its full duration, following the guidelines is essential, especially during the first 24-48 hours. Find Brow Lamination Aftercare HERE.

    • Maintenance:
      - Daily styling/brushing is required. Your hairs are now pliable, so they can look messy in the morning.
      - Daily conditioning (after the first 24 hours) before bed is necessary to maintain brow hair health
      - Gentle cleansing: when washing your face, be gentle around the brows and ensure all products used are oil-free.

A complimentary 15 minute appointment for a patch test is required 48 hours prior to your booked service.

The presence of any of the following will result in you being ineligible, and arriving with them can lead to the cancellation of the service and loss of deposit:

  • Under the age of 16

  • Known allergies to PPD (para-phenylenediamine), or hair dye - tinting is not recommended

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding (unpredictable results)

  • Taken ACCUTANE within the last 365 days

  • Sparse-to-no brows (a reasonable amount of natural hair is needed for lamination to be

  • Alopecia or Trichotillomania

  • Use of retinol/tretinoin, AHA/BHA, salicylic acid, glycolic acid etc. 1-2 weeks prior to appointment

  • Received Botox in the forehead or eye area within the last 14 days prior to appointment

  • Active Skin Conditions near the eye (blemishes, eczema, rashes, dermatitis, psoriasis etc.)

  • Active eye infections, irritation or inflammation including but not limited to conjunctivitis, styes, blepharitis, keratitis, ocular rosacea

  • Flu-like symptoms or anything considered contagious

  • Recent Brow Tattoo (must wait 6 weeks before appt)

  • Sun burn on or near brows (service can make the sun burn worse, cause infection or sensitivity)

  • Laser treatments, microdermabrasion, microneedling, chemical peels or anything similar in the 14 days prior to appointment

Deposits & Rescheduling

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied toward your final service cost. Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

To maintain our schedule and provide quality service to all clients, we may not be able to accommodate arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time. Late arrivals can be treated as no-shows to avoid rushing your service or delaying other appointments.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will forfeit your deposit.

It is vital to be completely transparent about anything you’ve been using on your skin or any procedures and services that are considered contraindications. Failure to disclose relevant medical or allergy history can lead to severe reactions, even if a patch test was completed. You must check your eligibility before booking your service.
