Powder Ombré Brows

A soft, defined powdered look. Enjoy beautifully shaded, defined brows that look expertly pencilled in from the moment you wake up.

    • Suitable for all skin types, especially combination & oily skin.

    • This service is done with a Cosmetic Tattoo Pen. This technique consists of shading. The tail will be darker and the shading will fade lightly towards the front of the brow to create that Powder Ombré look.

    • These brows will have a soft powder/filled in makeup look that beautifully fade towards the front of the brow.

    • Pain level is minimal but subjective and will be influenced by various factors such as pre-care preparation, menstruation cycles and individual sensitivity.

    • To minimize discomfort, a secondary numbing agent is applied after the initial guideline is implanted.

    • Primary numbing before pigmentation is available at your request.

    • 3-4 hours

    • Depending how much time we spend together mapping and shaping your brows your appointment time can vary.

    • We will spend all the time necessary until we are both happy with the shape!

    • As a New Client, your initial service includes a complimentary fine-tuning session that must be booked between 8-12 weeks after your first appointment. This is essential to complete your look.

Combination Brows

The best of both worlds: crisp, nano strokes at the front, fading into a softly defined powder finish through the arch and tail.

    • This is suitable for most skin types.

    • For those with oily skin: Choosing nano strokes is a great choice for achieving natural, hair-like results, and they will absolutely be beautiful on you! We just need to address the natural science of your skin type. 🥰

    • Oily skin/continuous oil production can act as a constant exfoliant. This can accelerate the fading of pigment faster than it would on dry or normal skin.

    • The Strokes may not stay as “crisp” for as long, and may need more frequent touch ups to keep it looking fresh.

    • This service is done with a Cosmetic Tattoo Pen. This is not microblading.

    • This technique adds natural-looking hair strokes to fill in sparse areas and blend with your existing brow hair.

    • The result will be having nano strokes throughout the whole brow.

    • These brows will have natural hair strokes throughout the brow that will blend with your brow hair.

Nano Stroke Brows

$450 $375 | Intro Pricing

Experience the most natural result: delicate hair strokes that seamlessly blend to define and enhance your natural brow structure.

    • This is suitable for all skin types.

    • This service is done with a Cosmetic Tattoo Pen. This technique consists of shading with hair strokes at the front/bulb of the brow.

    • The tail and arch will be shaded, and shading will fade lightly towards the front blending with the nano hair strokes of the brow to create a beautiful combination brow.

    • These brows will have a soft powder/filled in makeup look with natural hair strokes at the front of the brow that blend seamlessly into the shading.

    • Pain level is minimal but subjective and will be influenced by various factors such as pre-care preparation, menstruation cycles and individual sensitivity.

PLEASE REVIEW THE POLICIES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING

The presence of any of the following will result in you being ineligible, and arriving with them can lead to the cancellation of the service and loss of deposit:

  • Under the age of 18

  • Sun-damaged skin (including a recently tanned face)

  • Received resurfacing treatments within the past 14 days (e.g., chemical peels, microneedling, or laser)

  • Received Botox in the forehead or eye area within the last 14 days

  • Problematic skin near the brow area (open wounds, blemishes, eczema, rash etc.)

  • Taken ACCUTANE within the last 365 days

  • Eyebrow hair transplants

  • Prone to keloid scarring

  • Extremely thin or severely wrinkled skin near the brow

  • Currently pregnant or breastfeeding (wait 60 days after you are done breastfeeding)

  • Previously tattooed brows, you will require approval by the Artist (email a clear, well-lit photo of your brows at permabeautyroom@gmail.com)

  • Serious medical condition, you will need a doctor’s note with approval

  • Flu-like symptoms or anything considered contagious

  • Currently undergoing Chemotherapy

Client Suitability & Procedure Refusal

My focus is on delivering realistic results in Powder Ombré Brows and Nano Strokes, precisely applied to enhance natural brow anatomy using realistic colour theory.

If your goals require overly bold results, unconventional shapes, or fantasy colours, I cannot meet your needs.

Successful outcomes require a collaborative approach. Clients closed to professional guidance and recommendations during consultation should seek a different artist.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue service when aesthetic goals are misaligned or when safety/result quality is compromised.

Artist Exclusivity 

My commitment is to the integrity and consistency of my artistry. If you have received any brow work from another artist since your last appointment here, mandatory photographic pre-approval is required before booking any new service.

Approved cases will be priced as New Client services. Touch-up pricing is an exclusive benefit for clients who have remained with Permabeauty Room only.

Complimentary Touch-Up

A complimentary touch-up, essential for achieving your optimal final result, is included and must be completed strictly between weeks 8 and 12 following your initial appointment. Appointments scheduled beyond the 12-week window forfeit the complimentary rate, and regular touch-up pricing takes immediate effect.

If you No-Show a complimentary touch-up appointment a $50 fee will be added to your next booking. This service was included at no additional cost; however, a missed appointment results in lost time and resources that were allocated specifically for you.

Annual Touch-Up 

To maintain the vibrancy and definition of your pigment, an Annual Touch-Up is recommended every 1–2 years. Reduced touch-up rates are exclusively guaranteed for appointments scheduled and completed within two years (24 months) of your last service date. Any session booked after this two-year grace period will be subject to New Client pricing.


Pre-Existing Brow Tattoos

Clients with any pre-existing brow tattoo work from other artists must submit clear, high-quality photographs for mandatory review prior to securing an appointment. To ensure an accurate evaluation of your brows, photographs must be taken in optimal, shadow-free lighting (e.g., ring light or direct window light). Please submit these required materials to: permabeautyroom@gmail.com

Please note that I am not currently accepting extensive corrective work at this time. For best outcomes, existing brow tattoos should be 80-90% faded prior to cover-up consideration. Removal is recommended for brows that are excessively dark, uneven, or severely compromised in shape prior to booking an appointment. Failure to disclose previous cosmetic tattoo work and receive approval by Monica will result in appointment cancellation and forfeited deposits.

Deposits & Rescheduling

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied toward your final service cost. Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. If you do not give at least 48 hours notice your deposit will be forfeit.


Late Arrivals & No-Shows

To maintain our schedule and provide quality service to all clients, we may not be able to accommodate arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time. Late arrivals can be treated as no-shows to avoid rushing your service or delaying other appointments.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will forfeit your deposit. 


Results & Outcomes Disclaimer

While I am committed to executing high-quality artistry to each client, healed results cannot be guaranteed. Your skin characteristics, lifestyle habits, precare preparation, and aftercare adherence are major contributing factors to your final outcome. 

The healing process varies for each person, as does pigment retention, which is beyond my control. Even with perfect aftercare adherence, some clients may experience poor pigment retention due to individual skin characteristics and lifestyle factors. 

Additional sessions, in the future, may be necessary to achieve optimal outcomes and will be charged accordingly.
